It's not my build.

It's called the 77% Samurai deck. Apparently those are your odds of bringing out a Shi-En first turn but it lacks protection afterwards. Pretty much speed over control.

all the sam deck lack control though because people use up their resources to quickly..... this deck looks bad even though it is good to get first turn Shi En it is pointless if he will just die after a couple of turns.....

not really. most Decks run counter measures to Shi-En. usually things like Gale or Grand Mole that deal with
him automatically.
