storm of ragnarok is the next booster to be released after starstrike blast and boy are we going to having some fun with this one

straight away i can see the play of obelisk decks more with this release.

there are 3 new level 10 synchro monsters, they are generic and do not require any specific types, cards or atributes.

they are not like, dark wind ect. but they are divine-beasts, just like the god cards. so this should spark some interesting

Polar God Sacred Emperor Odin
-Lv10 ********** divine-beast/synchro/effect
"1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters
While this card is face-up on the field, you can negate the effects of Spell & Trap Cards that would affect a Divine-Beast-Type monster(s). If this face-up card on the field is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon it during the End Phase. If you do, you can draw 1 card."

Polar God King Thor
-Lv10 ********** Divine-beast/synchro/effect
"1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters
Once per turn, you can negate the effect(s) of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. This card gains the negated monster's effect(s), until the End Phase. If this face-up card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon it from the Graveyard during the End Phase. If you do, inflict 800 damage to your opponent."

Polar God King Loki
-Lv10 ********** Divine-beast/synchro/effect
"1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters
If this card attacks, you can negate the activation and effect of a card in your opponent's Spell & Trap Card Zone and destroy it. When this face-up card on the field is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon it during your End Phase. If this card was Special Summoned by this effect, you can select and add to your hand 1 Trap Card from your Graveyard."

thats right, overly powered cards like these are surely not going to be around for long folks, so use em while they are hot i say XD

they'll stay at 3.

most likely, they'll be short print secrets.

no one will use Obelisk except Frognarchs.

and even then, there are better options.

how is that not over powered???if it dies it comes back, it has 4000 attack, when it comes back you draw a card, THAT is a bit over powered

yeh man, if it had like.... 1500-2000 they would be fine, but a monster with an attack of that size with that effect is broken. period.

i reckon they will get emergency banned as soon as they are release because that is pretty much invincable, get it out and it cant die :/

same goes for the other ones, ban hammer...

DAMN!!! they hav some pretty sick pictures, and only Polar God Sacred Emperor Odin has 4000 ATK, Polar God King Thor has 3500 and Polar God King Loki has 3300

i agree, but keep in mind they arnt giving us just 1 new six sam card, they are giving us some more, thats the only one thats been announced as of yet.

if dark hole gets banned and heavy storm comes back next format i'll probs play samurai's, they have some nasty abilities to own ur oponent.

samurai's are getting a second wind, this is good to see coz i loved watching samurai matches

I deffinitely agree that Odin sound RIDICULOUSLY O/P !!! I must say i dont understant why Konami continue to make cards that they surely realise can win the game upon there summon alone Doesnt the point of such cards defeat the purpose of a strategic and skillful game ??? Or mabey i'm just deluded in thinking the game should maintain some form of fairness and equality in regards to the "one for one" system that it adopted apon its original creation!!!

yeh, well i am pretty sure they are or have nerf'd its effect pretty bad, and nerf'd its summoning conditions, so they arnt as broken as they first seemed to be.

honst opinion, they will be the new top meta deck, they are pretty good with all the suport they have, but it could take a few sets for them to get huge

Ok im obviously still a complete noob as far as new cards and rulings go what does "nerfed" mean???

nerfed = they change the effect so it's suck balls.

and they won't be meta.

considering they need theme specific tuner's for sub par effects...

i'd rather make something useful......
