LS Decks have a very important rule... Monster count need's to RISE! So this is what I would do.
To start off with traps. LS don't need tht kind of support so we're looking at 2 decree, 1/2 beckoning and 1 Solemn JD.

Next is the Spells. Your spell line up looks pretty solid, you can try playing with Book. Try adding in another Reincarnation.

And Finally the Monsters. All LS need 3 Celestia and 3 RYKO! so your build will look something like this

so if i were u i would max out lyla, ryko and celestia because its a heavy back row formate and these can hurt...

Michael, the only reason why he would run plague is because it's DEFS cheaper than glow - up and I know there are expensive shit in this deck.

The only changes for him is defs the duality's. Probs gold sarc is the best way to go. I lol at your tech, Fiend Comedian, it's very nice.

I dont like Lightsworn.... but with the Auto-Pilot plays that Lightsworn offer, that build seems pretty flawless....
Except to anti-graveyard decks of course

Of course, however, this deck maxed out on lylas and rykos, theres even 2 MSTs so it won't matter pree much.

with LS, you need max Ryko. Lyla was choice.

MST is best sided for things like Macro and stuff Decree can't beat.

i only included MST for un-related reasons.

he can find his own techs
