Guess who got suspended

Cesar gonzalez has been suspended from yugioh for 1 year due to severe miss conduct.

For any of you who dont know who Cesar Gonzalez is, he has achieved top 8 YCS several times and has one the SJC Montreal and the SJC Seatle in North America/Canada.
