Yeah more reactive traps that can play around Sacred Phoenix's effect would be nice

Three Hand is way too many. You only need one, because triple Apprentice will find it quickly enough. Sacred Phoenix is a pro deck from back in the day, so I suggest you do some research - there should be plenty of articles about it.
