What happens when Dimensional Fissure/ Macro Cosmos are active on the and my opponent activates Burial?

No, d-fissure just sends from field/hand/deck to remove zone. Not other way around.

And Burial Says return and not send, if burial says send then it would get removed.

Burial would send the cards that are removed from play back to their respective graveyards.
Then burial itself would be removed (due to Cosmos)
although cards cannot be "SENT" to the Grave, returning them is completely different.
